Inleyen Nağmeler

Printed and bound by Ilayda Akarca, Inleyen Nağmeler is a handmade book with archival images and photographs from the artist’s on going project with the same title. It is 5x7 inches, softcover of Tosa Shi paper 54gsm. Over time, with each viewing and touch, this textured, delicate but strong paper will  be marked, like scars on the skin, showing signs of life and change reflective of the journey of the artist’s displacement.
